Scheduling Information


Existing clients schedule training sessions directly by text or email. Scheduling is handled manually to allow for flexibility and to ensure sessions are planned in a way that supports recovery, consistency, and overall well-being.


Because MuscleBabee Fitness operates as a small, private studio with limited availability, session times are coordinated personally rather than through automated booking systems. This approach allows schedules to be adjusted as needed based on availability, health considerations, and current client load.


New client inquiries are handled separately and on a case-by-case basis. Availability varies, and scheduling is confirmed only after a direct conversation to determine fit and timing.


Scheduling is managed individually to maintain a controlled and balanced training environment.
